Custom Nail Tips

All custom nail tips are designed and fitted to your specifications, please read instructions on how to measure carefully. If you are still stuck then watch my tutorials, found via social media @coffeetipsybeauty and on youtube @coffeetipsy. If you still have questions after this then email melissa@coffeetipsy.co.uk. There are no refunds if the tips come to you and don’t fit, it is the responsibility of the customer/person who measured your nails for the measurements to be carried out carefully and recorded precisely. I will fit your nails to the closest size I can get with the tips that I use. To get the best fit, order a sizing guide from my shop for £2, when you return the sizing guide by post, (to retrieve address email melissa@coffeetipsy.co.uk) then I can give you £2 discount off of your order.

Returns and Refunds

I cannot accept returns for custom nail orders as they are made to order. All sizing is the responsibility of the customer, so please ensure you take time to measure your own nails properly, they must be completely bare of any other polish or enhancements when you do this. Be clear with your measurements when you send them to me, ideally follow my template.

Custom sets can take up to 2 weeks to make, dependent on demand at the time.

If wishing to return a pre-made set, the set must be in an unused condition, you must provide a reasonable statement for needing a refund and you need to post back the item as soon as possible. Refunds can take a few days to process.

You can find extra glue, nail files and cuticle sticks available to buy separately in my shop.
